Gabriel has been the executive lead on a number of large-scale client engagements that have led to prominent UK and global awards, including Most Innovative Cloud Solution award for The Crown Estate and the Nielsen Norman Group Best Intranet award for Korn Ferry. Gabriel has a MSc degree in Engineering and has worked in the field of IT and software development since 1993.
Katya is the co-founder and CEO of ClearPeople. Named as female entrepreneur to watch in 2021 as well as shortlisted as Innovator of the Year at the Women in IT Awards 2019, Katya has been instrumental in shaping the strategy and operations of ClearPeople, with over 20 years’ extensive international experience in various roles within IT. She juggled a Master’s in Business Administration with motherhood and starting a successful business. She is a firm believer in wellness and actively supporting our team to develop personally as well as professionally, specifically championing women in technology and diversity in the workforce.
