Can you make knowledge collections available to only specific users or groups or are they available to everyone?

Yes, each Knowledge Collection is targeted to specific users or groups of users (as well as everyone if desired). And, as a user, I can use a consistent AI Assistant interface to access different Knowledge Collections. You can also specify who has access to the AI Assistant itself.

Do you train the LLMs using customer data?

No, customer data is never used to train the LLMs.

Does any of our data become available in the public domain?

No, customer data is only ever stored within your own Azure subscription and remains private to you.
