Northumbrian Water hired Microsoft Gold partner ClearPeople to help resolve their knowledge capture and discovery needs by implementing the latest Microsoft 365 technologies.
How over 20 million documents, housed across various systems and many of which were handwritten or handdrawn, were migrated to Microsoft SharePoint is only the beginning of this story. What followed is a Knowledge Discovery Workshop, a Microsoft-funded workshop where partners assess the challenges and develop a suite of solutions, and a rollout of Atlas, ClearPeople's digital hub that combines Microsoft 365 tools into one consolidated platform for a seamless user experience.
